Global Frontier Advisory and Development Services was founded by Edward Greene and Auriol Europe Greene. We specialize in global and regional affairs, and are experts in change management, poverty alleviation, climate resilience, education and training, gender equality, sustainable development and the green economy, project design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.

ABOUT OUR FOUNDERS
Edward Greene, Chief Executive Office (CEO)
Edward Greene is a Development Scientist and Practitioner with over 30 years of experience as a Political Economist, Social Policy Researcher, Negotiator, Advocate, Fundraiser, and Community Organizer. He specializes in Health and Human Development, Education and Training, Climate Change and Environmental Protection, Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women and Girls, Poverty Alleviation and Youth Leadership.
Edward has held lead roles in institutional strengthening for major academic, civil society regional, and international programmes. These include: establishing the Pan Caribbean Partnership against HIV in the Caribbean (PANCAP), designated as an international best practice; the Caribbean Public Health Agency (CARPHA); the Consortium Graduate School in the Social Science for the Caribbean University of the West Indies (UWI) and the University of Guyana; and Exchange Programmes among Universities in the Commonwealth. He is a former Assistant Secretary-General of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM); former UN Secretary-General Special Envoy for HIV/AIDS for the Caribbean Region; and former Special Advisor, Health & Human Development with the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO).
He holds membership in several Regional and International Boards; involved in consultancies with major Multilateral and Bilateral agencies and Governments. Edward also led Regional delegations to several countries including Japan, the UK, Switzerland, Spain, France, Latin America & the Caribbean and Africa. In addition, he is the author of ten books, and over sixty articles in refereed journals.
His education includes a B.Sc in Economics, University of London, an M.Sc in Political Economy from McMaster University, and a P.hD in International Relations and Political Science, University of British Columbia. Over the course of his career, Edward has received several prestigious award. Among them National Honors from Guyana and Suriname, and an Honorary Doctorate of Laws Degree from the University of the West Indies (UWI). He is Professor Emeritus, UWI.
Auriol Europe Greene, Director
Auriol Europe Greene has professional experience spanning 30 + years in Program & Project Management, Information Management, Systems Development, Business Analysis, Innovation & Planning, Strategy & Management, Cloud Computing, Enterprise Architecture, Client Relationship Management, Capacity Building, Research, Conference & Logistics Planning, Mentorship Programs.
Auriol is a former World Bank Group staffer. Her experience includes working with clients in global communities, Partners, Donors, NGOs, Civil Society, Government Agencies and other Stakeholders. She has also performed leading roles at the World Bank as Task Force Leader on high profile World Bank projects; Member of the Diversity Board, Member of Peer Review Services Group, and mentorship to peers & colleagues. She participated in numerous missions, meetings and conferences in Asia, Europe, Sub-Saharan Africa, the Caribbean & Latin America.
Her education includes a B.Sc in Information Systems and Management, University of Maryland and an M.Sc in Information and Telecommunications Systems for Business, Johns Hopkins University. She also has additional University Certificates in specialized fields: The Challenges of Global Poverty; Globalization-Winners & Losers - Challenges for Developed and Developing Countries; Strategic Management and Planning in the new global economy.
